The application can be done through www.thesce.org.

 
a) Apply as a member or login to the portal.ecredits.com and select “SCE Membership” from the menu on the left side 

b) Enter your details and click on "apply"

c) Once submitted, you will need to pay the Cooperative Membership Fee. 

d) Your membership application will be subject to approval by the board of directors of The People's SCE. Once your application has been approved, it becomes active.
