You can manage your employees in the business settings section at portal.ecredits.com.
The following roles can be added:
- Owner – add another owner of your business with the highest privileges
- Manager – add an employee who has the right to authorize refunds, or add other employees
- Cashier – an employee who can create charges at the point of sale
- View-Only – employee who needs a read-only access
When an employee leaves your company, you can easily remove their access in the Business Settings section.
If there are any ECS balances remaining on the employee's business wallet, you should transfer them to one of your active wallets.
We highly recommend to educate your employees not to share their Seed Phrase with anyone, not to share their login credentials (e-mail and password), and not to post screenshots on social media.
