If you forgot your password to log in, please follow the “forgot password” procedure on the web portal/login screen accordingly.

If you lost access to your mobile phone, or the device itself where you had the eWallet app installed, you can migrate to another device, by installing the eWallet app and import your account by importing your “seed phrase”. This will import your wallet, no funds will be lost and you have access again on your (new) device.

Losing your “seed phrase”, or otherwise losing access to ECS funds, might result in a permanent loss of the entire balance of ECS, ACT, or other crypto-assets, accessible on eWallet app or other technically appropriate wallets. Users are responsible for securing their seed phrase and restricting access to their eWallet app or other wallets as appropriate.
