In order to create an eCredits account, you will need to download the eCredits Wallet App first. It is available in both App Store and Google Play. 

Once you have downloaded and opened the eCredits Wallet App, you will be prompted with the sign in window.

Click on Sign Up.

You will now need to enter the first details: Email and Password.

Due to the safety requirements, we check the password in terms of complexity. If the password complexity is not enough, you will see the following screen, which will display some guidelines to help you create a strong password.

In case you are trying to create a new account with the email address that is already in use, you will receive following email notification to your inbox.

During the registration process, you will be asked to read and accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Please read carefully and once you have familiarized yourself with them, tick in both boxes to progress.

To complete the sign up process, you will receive a notification to your email address with the confirmation code.  Enter this code in the App. 

If you did not get this code, you can click on: Re-Send the code in the app, or click back on the top left  and change your email address.

Once the code has been accepted, your account will be created.
