What are the requirements for a business to be eligible for the Basic subscription?

For a business to be able to subscribe to Basic, the account:

Must not have more than 1 profile subscribed to Basic
Must not have Deals scheduled
Must not have more than 1 store
Must not have any Business roles assigned
