Yes, refunds can be partial or up to the full sum of a related transaction. You can simply initiate a refund in the eCredits Wallet App or Cashier App. 

  • Step 1: Find the transaction that you want to refund in your transaction overview.
     Tip: To find the transaction faster, click the QR code icon in the search bar and scan the customers QR code.
  • Step 2: A business can directly initiate a refund in the Cashier App or the eCredits Wallet App. Once the transaction has been found, click on “refund”. Now set how much of the transactions amount shall be refunded (up to the maximum paid before) and add a reason/note why this refund was done.
  • Step 3: Confirm the refund on your  eCredits Wallet App.
  • Step 4: Once confirmed, the refund will be sent to the customer's eCredits Wallet.
