Yes, refunds can be partial or up to the full sum of a related transaction. You can simply initiate a refund in the eWallet App or Cashier App.
- Step 1: Find the transaction that you want to refund in your transaction overview.
Tip: To find the transaction faster, click the QR code icon in the search bar and scan the customers QR code.
- Step 2: A merchant can directly initiate a refund in the Cashier App or the eWallet App. Once the transaction has been found, click on “refund”. Now set how much of the transactions amount shall be refunded (up to the maximum paid before) and add a reason/note why this refund was done.
- Step 3: Confirm the refund on your eWallet App.
- Step 4: Once confirmed, the refund will be sent to the Consumers eWallet.
