In the case you have lost or damaged your smartphone, where the eCredits Wallet App was installed, your funds are not on your device, they are "in the blockchain".

You can access them on a new device again, when you import your wallet, using your "Seed Phrase". 

Simply install the eCredits Wallet app on your new device, and import your "Seed Phrase" (12 words) which you noted down when you installed your wallet for the first time.
